Turn first visitsinto familiar faces.
Digital loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. No customer app. Just more reasons to return.
The problem
Most first visitsare also last visits.
Not because the coffee was wrong or the cut was bad. Because nothing brought them back, and nothing remembered they were there.

- 01
Paper cards disappear.
It goes through the wash, falls out of a wallet, or sits in a drawer they never open. The one you handed over is doing nothing for you.
- 02
Nobody installs another app.
Asking someone to download something and make a password while they are paying is where most loyalty programs quietly end.
- 03
Cardboard keeps no record.
You cannot see who is two stamps from a reward, who has not been in for a month, or whether any of it is working.
How it works
A small ritual.A reason to return.
Make a card that feels like your business.
Choose stamps or points, set the target, and describe the reward. Then put your colours, logo and artwork on the card itself.
Set up once, in the dashboard.
Step 1 of 4: Create. 0 of 10 stamps.

Winning back a customer you already have costs nothing.
No ad spend, no discount to a stranger. The reward only costs you something once they have already come back enough times to earn it.
Progress is a reason to choose you.
Someone sitting at 7 of 10 has a concrete reason to walk past the other place. That is the whole mechanic, and it is visible on their phone.
You find out who is drifting.
Memberships with no earning in 30 days are a segment you can actually see — and, with permission, send a message to.
Why Pockit
Built for the counter, not the boardroom.
It lives in the wallet they already have.
The card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet next to their boarding passes and bank cards. Nothing to download, nothing to remember, nothing to lose.
Your team gets the tools for the counter.
Staff use their own login to scan cards and view your customer list and loyalty details. Card design, marketing, billing and team settings stay with the owner.
The card is yours, not ours.
Your colours, your logo, your artwork, your words for the reward. Customers see your business on their phone — Pockit stays out of the way.

Questions
A few thingsworth knowing.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They scan the QR you display, type a first name or nickname, and add the card to the wallet app already on their phone. There is no Pockit app, no account and no password for them.
What do I need at the counter?
A printed enrolment QR for customers to scan, and a phone or tablet with a browser and a camera for your team to scan cards. There is no card reader to buy and no till integration to set up.
Stamps or points — which should I pick?
Stamps suit a familiar 'buy ten, get one' rhythm. Fixed points award a set number per qualifying transaction toward a larger target. Both use the same one-tap workflow for your staff.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything else?
Yes. You invite a staff member by email and they create their own login. They can use the scanner and view your customer list and loyalty details. Card design, marketing, billing and team settings remain owner-only.
How much can I change about the card?
Card background and stamp colours, your logo and artwork, the text beside the logo, and the labels for the program, progress and reward. It works within what Apple and Google actually support, so it is not a blank canvas.
Can I send offers to customers?
Only to customers who opted in when they joined, and opting in is never required to join. You pick an audience, write a short message, and it reaches them as an update on their wallet card. They can opt out at any time without signing in.
What happens if the wallet update is slow to arrive?
The balance is saved by Pockit before the wallet update is requested, so the record is correct either way. What appears on the phone depends on Apple's and Google's delivery and the customer's own device settings, which we do not control.
